Hi Pete -

I have also been working on gathering/restoring a BC-348. I was fortunate
to get a NOS connector last year, but later found out that the connectors
were sometimes left attached to the shockmount. I'm still trying to figure
out how this works, I can see where the connector can be attached flat to
the shockmount with the bottom screws, but there appears to be some kind
of a cover or plate for the lower back of the case as well. Just a thought
that if you can locate a shockmount, you might find the connector still
attached. Seems like the cabinet would be missing too, if that were the
case.

Let me know if you don't have any luck locating one and I'll check with my
source to see if he has any left. I have a contact in Sydney also who
might be able to help from much closer.
