[Milsurplus] BC-713 & I-100

Which was earlier, the '269 or the MN-26 which has an auto add-on with the
familiar 'teat-drop' loop? There are lots of the receivers, but the loop
controllers are fairly rare. The number extant does not seem to be a reliable
indicator.
