I think the differences are fairly small. My "H" has only one
meter, for example, and the line output pots are screwdriver-
adjustable with locknuts. The function switch has to be pulled
out to go from STBY to OFF, and there's an AGC/MGC switch and a
pot tor MGC. I think the ACG/MGC switch has two or three ACG
time-constant settings as well as MGC. The KHz knobs don't
have a stop between 9 and 0, so it's possible to go from, say,
29.899 MHz to 28.901 MHz with only four clicks, instead of having
to go the long way around to 0 and 1. Much better. The MHz knob
still has the stop between 0 and 9, but I think that's as much
dictated by the design of the code generator as anything.

Other than that, it's very much like the "B" I gave to my
grandson.

I'll happily _buy_ the "H" manual from you, but the best I can
do on manuals is a "B", which I'll copy for you. You may be
able to get the "C" manual from NTIS, once you find the manual
number.

My "H" manual has a scale drawing of the rackmount ears. Would
a pair of those be good for at least part of the "H" manual? I'm
thinking of having a metalshop make two sets; three wouldn't be
much worse, once they set up.
