I am not familiar with this unit in particular, but it is possible this is an
'official' mod. In the Canadian WS 19 MK III Power Supplya similar change was
made for arctic use. Seems the 0Z4 did not always work (it's a cold cathode
rectifier) at low temperatures, hence the change to a hot cathode rectifier in
arcticized units.
