[Milsurplus] ART-13 meters

John,

ART-13's meters are round-shaped and black.

The left unit is marked "ANTENNA CURRENT" and the scale go from z�ro to 5.

The right unit is marked in white for three scales :
"PAPLATE" from z�ro to 200, with some red color between words "CW" and MCW",
"PAGRID" with white sector,
"BATTERY" with short white sector.

It's the usually look, but ...
