[Milsurplus] ART-13 meters

     I have several meters that I believe are from ART-13's. I have never 
owned or even seen an ART-13 except in pictures but these do look like the 
pictures. Two are like new and one is like new and has never been soldered 
to. If these are for the ART-13 what would they be worth in this condition.
