[Milsurplus] Repackaged equipment

It's likely that the seafoam-green gear was from the early ICBM programs-
ie: the Atlas D/E/F, and the Titan 1.    All the pictures I've seen of the
consoles and racks from this era, are that monkey-shit (institutional) green.
