[Milsurplus] Repackaged equipment

I've seen a few of the nifty-green 51S-1s that the air force used for some
program. The entire unit is almost a seafoam green - front panel, trim ring,
and rack adapter. Can't imagine being in a room full of equipment that color,
though - I think I'd get dizzy....
