[Milsurplus] is that an oscillator I hear whining?!

During the war, the Navy had a list of acceptable and unacceptable receivers
for use on shipboard.  It shows which receivers had less than 400 picowatts
of local oscillator signal at the antenna terminals and which bands were 
safe/unsafe.

This list is in the "Communication Equipment Maintenance Bulletin"  which has
5 pages on the subject.  If anyone's interested, I can scan & email those 5 
pages
from my copy, dated 1945 and updated through April, 1946.
