[Milsurplus] is that an oscillator I hear whining?!

The T-368's had a MWO to fix that problem but as I
understand it it was because the PTO could be heard in
the nearby receivers, not sure about tracking the
transmitter. This was used in a land portable van
which would make it an important find for an enemy.
