Marty,

Nope, it is a "portable electroacoustic system" (I have a TM, surprise 
surprise).  Consists of Amplifier AM-74, Battery Tray MT-352, Loudspeaker 
LS-110, Microphone M-8 and other accessories (including Chest CY-313, Tripod 
MT-353 and several assorted cables.  Runs from a 6.3 VDC lead-acid battery (3 
ea BB-206/U).

Anyone ever see one?
