[Milsurplus] complete set of TO & TM for the R-390-A Receiver to be scanned

Hasn't someone already done this?  I bot a set of these on CD a while back
from someone on another list. Had a ton of other stuff as well, if I
remeber.  If there is interest, I'll look up the details.
