A quick Google on "MOMCOMM" gets me to
<https://4spawar.spawar.navy.mil/ars/cgi-bin/spawar1c.htm>, where
the SRC-34 _isn't_ labeled as MOMCOMM, but the SRC-41 _is_. So
is the SRC-51. And some stuff appears to be labeled as "MOMCOM",
with a single "M" at the end.

I suspect it's headset-and-beltpack gear for short range work on
flight decks and the like.
