In fact, both are correct.
The "ARC-5" ATA/ARA set was first designated GT/RBD.
When they were redesignated ATA/ARA, GE got the RBD
designation for their shipboard version of the RAX.

There is a rumor that a few set were produced with
GT and RBD nomenclature plates.  Probably not,
but I included them "just in case."
