Hi Richard,

Alas, so very true.  A few seconds of xmit was sometimes too long.  In
secure areas (if there were any) you could RTTY to your hearts content.  Did
anyone actually use the PRC-47 for this?  I haven't heard anyone that had
seen it.  If Paul Cavanar is around, maybe he could answer that one.

Guys, it's a tactical radio for when people are shooting at you, if you keep
