Reprints include everything in the original, including covers, parts list=

etc.  Screw post bound like my original.  Foldouts that didn't need to be=

foldouts in the first place aren't.  Other foldouts are one piece except
for the outline dimensions drawing which I split over two sheets to hold
the cost down.
