correlated at 0052z with the E6B descending into BARKSDALE; but the E6B was
already shown have landed minutes before this call was made. Signal level
on the Ohio Valley SDR was at a level typical for an OFFUTT transmitter.

levels on a BAY AREA, CALIFORNIA SDR) called MAINSAIL. Disconnected from
SDR.

2229z: SYSTEMIC (captured in mid sentence; maybe entered?) the net. Nothing
further heard from SYSTEMIC.
