[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0/11175.0 USB - HONORABLE; SYCAMORE; and one other

     8992.0 was active at 0202z, 0203z, 0205z with (unable to understand
his callword; maybe sounds like FIVE SHEET but is probably something else.
It's not FIRE SHIP) calling HONORABLE (NCS HFGCS), eventually raising
HONORABLE to exit the net.  HONORABLE began the process but the player went
quiet. At 0209z HONORABLE could not get the player to respond.

0205z: SIMCA 76 was on approach to TRAVIS.

     11175.0 was active at 0340z with SYCAMORE calling and working
HONORABLE to exit the net. Did not complete the process.

     8992.0 was active at 0348z with SYCAMORE checking out of the net in
the blind.

0350z: PLINK 80 was on approach to TINKER.
