0905z+/- HEMP 77 launches from PAX RIVER and flies to the Gulf.
1243z+/- BOIL 61 launches ex TINKER, transits to the OFFUTT area, and
orbits OFFUTT in a rectangular box pattern. He left that pattern around
1756z.
11175.0 was active at 1321z with NEW MATH (NCS HFGCS) broadcasting the
30 character EAM HJBZCH. NEW MATH as back up at 1326z with an echo of
HJBZCH (he was at weak levels on 8992.0).
11175.0 was active at 1430z (and maybe earlier at 1400z) and 1500z
with ALLSTATE (HEMP 77 over the Gulf) broadcasting HJBZCH at their
h+00/h+30 restoral rebroadcast window. Weak on SDRs used and unheard on
8992.0.
11175.0 was active at 1527z with UNITED (1714 maybe) calling MAINSAIL.
11175.0 was active at 1530z with SYMPHONIC (excellent levels;
excellent audio) responding to LAST CALLER "I have you loud and clear."
1643z NAVEL (E6B; AE040F) launched from TINKER.
11175.0 was active at 1713z with CALM LAKE (weakish on California SDR)
calling WEST COAST a couple of times and then called ANY STATION. SYMPHONIC
(excellent levels and audio) popped up with "LAST CALLER, I have you weak
but readable." and quiet. SYMPHONIC was heard on 8992.0 suggesting
simulcasting.
NEW MATH is the known HFGCS NCS for this UTC day. Rhetorical question: who
is SYMPHONIC, a presumed ground station, excellent audio, strong signal
level, and ground station lingo??
