[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 USB - ATTENDENT; CONVERGE and DANDY DAN

     11175.0 was active at 0007z and 0008z with ATTENDANT broadcasting
system wide their daily post 0000z communication test counts. Lots of
digital distortion.

     11175.0 was active at 1457z with DANDY DAN (excellent levels;
suspected ARSLE 07 ex TINKER AE041B at 1451z; northbound) working CONVERGE
(NCS HFGCS) and entering the net.

     11175.0 was active immediately after (1500z) with ATTENDANT (excellent
levels; excellent audio) calling and raising DANDY DAN for a radio check
and gone.

Definitely active and engaged on HF.
