[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 USB - AIR FORCE ONE and MAINSAIL

     11175.0 was active at 0418z with AIR FORCE ONE (weak/in noise floor
but barely readable on California SDR) worked MAINSAIL (strong) for a quick
radio check and gone.

As of posting, not visible on ADSB mapping sites. New Orleans/Super Bowl
related.
