[MilCom] MIL: 8992.0/11175.0 USB - LONE EIGHT/ACE; MEATHOOK; SURF SUDS; INCUBATE; and PARCHEESI

     11175.0 was active at 0101z with SURF SUDS (sounds like) conducting a
"slow talk" test count.  The slow-talk test count has been common recently
in the post 0100z time period.

     8992.0 was active at 0102z with PARCHEESI (probably; it was also
pronounced "parchucky") calling INCUBATE "on 11175". That might suggest
PARCHEESI was the pre-0000z ALIBASTOR.

     11175.0 wawa active at 0132z+/- with PARCHEESI calling INCUBATE and
eventually raising MAINSAIL at 0143z and entering the net around 0151z.

     11175z was active at 0153z with PARCHEESI calling LONE EIGHT or ACE
(not clear). He then called MEATHOOK.

     11175.0 was active at 0202z with PARCHEESI calling LONE EIGHT/ACE and
"in the blind" passes his message traffic: LSV KIX YRQ; time 02;
authentication JQ; repeat in its entirety; PARCHEESI out.

     11175.0 was active at 0333z with PARCHEESI calling and raising
MAINSAIL and eventually exiting the net at 0339z. He remains not visible on
ADSB mapping sites.
