     8992.0 was active at 2309z with ALIBASTOR (weak) calling INCUBATE and
eventually raising IMPLICATE (who emphasized that he was IMPLICATE). Radio
check only.  Not visible on ADSB mapping sites.

With the potential exception of ALIBASTOR very late in the UTC day, no
known E6B activity was heard/logged on HF during the UTC day.
