[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - PEDIGREE

     Try again.  11175.0 was active at 1720z with PEDIGREE (NCS HFGCS)
broadcasting the 30 character EAM NDYSBZ. The broadcast was notable only
for the constant (loud) barking of a dog near the operator during the
transmission.  The "barking dog" has been a feature of some (very few) of
these message traffic broadcasts over the past few months.  ANDREWS or
GRAND FORKS?
