[MilCom] Passing Of Al Stern

 To be sure, Al's passing is a huge loss for the Milcom community.  I would beremiss if I did not pass along condolences to the family.

Although I never had the pleasure of meeting him in person, over the several
decades he has posted his info on this forum as well as various others, its
