[MilCom] Passing Of Al Stern

Al was indeed a milcom legend, and known by his knowledge and helpfulness to
others in the hobby. His excellent posts and photos will be missed.
Although I never had the pleasure of meeting him in person, over the several
decades he has posted his info on this forum as well as various others, its
like a good friend has passed.  Rest in peace Al.
