On the other hand, the Russian ground locations do cw on
18.1 and 21.1 kHz that can be heard in the US in quite
locations. This is FSK cw that alternates with their
T600/Bee encrypted transmissions. I have
not heard India or Chinese cw down there in years--only
encrypted RTTY. And only encrypted MSK from the UK,
France, Israel, and Germany.
