Hi Scott,

First of all, my condolences about your step-Father.

I forwarded this to my Father who has been a HAM operator for over 60 years
and said "yes" the way you have it laid out would be correct. He made no
mention of the Army using a different symbol than the HAM SK and asked for
clarification but I haven't heard back from him. I'm going to assume his
answer will be NO but will let you know if it something different.
