[MilCom] 346.3 Brownwood MOA Active

Looks like similar setup for an exercise again today in the Brownwood MOA.
PEACH88 / VULTURE (E-8 JSTARS) is in an orbit North of Austin and
Coordinating with CROOK and SLAM flights.  295.9, 346.3 (Brownwood MOA -
Tomcat Area) and 256.15 (SLAM Air to Air) are all active.  RAIL 30 (MC-12W)
is also in the area along with two KC-135s.  All being monitored from
Flower Mound, TX via scanners and ADS-B Exchange.
