[MilCom] 346.3 Brownwood MOA Active

MUSTANG 41 - Flight of F-16s out of NAS Ft. Worth now checking in with
VULTURE on 346.3

Believe this is a pretty large scale training exercise between several
bases in Texas.  Also noticed on ADS-B Exchange there is an E-8 JSTARS that
has been in a circling pattern just North of Austin, TX.  Believe VULTURE
is a coordinator in the rear of the E-8 JSTARS.  The aircraft callsign
however is KOMODO04.  VULTURE is continuously passing ground targeting
information to all of the players.
