[MilCom] ALIENATE with EAM

Whine continues, a third single EAM at 2310L.

Checked planefinder.net, found him by searching GOTO FMS - acft is 
heading SW near Wilkes-Barre, PA. whine continuing but starting to break 
up by 2334L.
