[MilCom] ALIENATE with EAM

2232L - 311.0/ 323.8 - ALIENATE with an EAM - didn't write down specific 
message, wish I had, because there was a second one minutes later

2239L - 311.0/ 323.8 - ALIENATE again with EAM

then at 2254, I found a high-pitched whine on 301.65 AM. Tried it in 
NFM/ FM/ WFM, all same whine, but NFM significantly louder. Not hearing 
anything other than the whine, will continue to check for more...
