[MilCom] 15016.00 - MISNAMER standing by for traffic

     15016.0 was active at 2204z with MAINSAIL bcsting a 30-character EAM
(2BUCIX) FOR YANKEE FORCE.  At 2210z MISNAMER (weak/barely readable) was
standing by for traffic.  Suspected TACAMO LANT at h+10/h+40 window. At
2220z (maybe IDENTICAL; weak/unreadable) standing by for traffic.
Suspected TACAMO PAC at h+20/h+50 window.  At 2224z MAINSAIL bcst a
30-character EAM (2BBVUP) FOR YANKEE FORCE.  At 2240z MISNAMER (now at fair
levels) standing by for traffic.

2004z and 2024z were used for EAMs "FOR X-RAY FORCE".  H+04/h+24.
