[MilCom] 12070.0 - TRUNNION and IDENTICAL in clear and GREEN comms

     15016.0 was active at 2040z with MAINSAIL (good) calling "station
calling MAINSAIL on Triple One 75.

     15016.0 was active at 2054z with TRUNNION (good/strong levels) calling
and working IDENTICAL (very weak to mostly unheard here) and moving
IDENTICAL to Z225.

     12070.0 was found to be active at 2056z with TRUNNION (mostly good
levels with fading) working IDENTICAL (unheard here; weak barely readable
to TRUNNION).  IDENTICAL apparently authenticated ("identify") with BMS,
with TRUNNION's response "G".  At 2058z TRUNNION requested that they go
GREEN, and at 2059z the freq lit up with ANDVT.  At 2104z they were back in
the clear and IDENTICAL apparently requested COW (charlie oscar whiskey;
maybe meaning freq designator CHARLIE OSCAR WINDOW).

     15016.0 was active at 2111z with TRUNNION (good/strong) working
IDENTICAL (mostly unheard here) and moving him to CHARLIE OSCAR WINDOW (not
found.).
