[MilCom] 249249 GOTO FMS flying right over me right now calling out an EAM on 311.00

For those who are curious about the GOTO FMS call-sign, GOTO FMS is the
Mode-S\ABS-B call-sign for E-6B TACAMO flights. I live fairly close to
Travis AFB where their base is so I see & hear quite a bit of traffic from
them. GOTO FMS seems to be one of the only military flights that you can
actually see flying on your screen and I think that's because they use
ADS-B rather than Mode-S....someone please correct me if I'm mistaken. ;-)
