Actually Brian the FMS you mentioned stands for Flight Management System.

It is the heart of the avionics package for most modern fixed wing aircraft.

You can read more about it by doing a Google search or via link below

For the others reading this thread.

GOTO FMS means GOTO Fleet Maintenance Symposium.

Track the E6 aircraft on Planefinder.net / Apps

The E6 shows up on Planefinder.net
You can also use the 'Filter' option. Some unknown reason the E-6B listed
under this airline name "
Walter | Linkoping "

Set the Planefinder App to send alerts for the E6 aircraft using the call
sign " GOTO FMS "

You can use this link to find the first active E6 flying.

[Note: The E-6B aircraft are blocked on Flightradar24.com and
radarbox24.com ]

For those who are curious about the GOTO FMS call-sign, GOTO FMS is the
Mode-S\ABS-B call-sign for
E-6B TACAMO flights. I live fairly close to Travis AFB where their base is
so I see & hear quite a
bit of traffic from them. GOTO FMS seems to be one of the only military
flights that you can
actually see flying on your screen and I think that's because they use ADS-B
rather than
Mode-S....someone please correct me if I'm mistaken. ;-)
