[MilCom] [MilRadioComms] Rodd 03 on 11175, 11220 kHz

Yeah I know.  At first I thought the callsign was RAZZ, so it  made sense 
as a TACAMO.   When I corrected the callsign to RODD, I  forgot to correct 
the plane type to C-5.

RODD is the standard call sign for the C-5's out of Westover ARB  here, 
sounds like that's probably who you heard.

the crypto Razz 03 is using; then asks  if it is 543; says they are getting a 
Fail Key indication; Razz 03 says they  will report that to our CP at
