TACAMO) for secure-voice radio check; they switch to freq 11220 kHz.

TACAMO) for secure-voice radio check; Puerto Rico asks for  the short title of 
the crypto Razz 03 is using; then asks if it is 543;  says they are getting a 
Fail Key indication; Razz 03 says they will report that  to our CP at
