With Winter Storm Saturn going to impact this area over the next 3 day
really doubt this launch will happen

A Terrier-Lynx suborbital rocket is scheduled between 1 and 1:45 a.m. EST March 8 for the Department of Defense from NASA's launch range at the
Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia.

The backup launch days are
March 11 and 15 between 12:15 and 2:15 a.m. EDT. The rocket may be
visible to residents in the mid-Atlantic region.

Launch updates and a map showing the area in which the rocket launch may be visible are available below.

The
launch will not be shown live on the Internet nor will launch status
updates be provided on social media once the countdown begins. The NASA
Visitor Center at Wallops will not be open for viewing the launch.
