[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] E-4B TACAMO #164408 over Patrick AFB

My photo of E-4B TACAMO #164408 departing Patrick AFB 28 Feb 2013. The huge 
 Satcom dome is barely visible in front of the wings on the dorsal edge of 
the  plane. Visually the plane is very non-descript; they want it that way. 
Only  markings are the US Navy roundels. Nearly as bleak as the C-32Bs.
