[MilCom] CONNER 92

[Brandon Thetford]

CONNER 92 descending through FL210 at this time talking to Ft. Worth Center
on 323.3 having trouble communicating with the controller.  This sounds
like a B-52 and he is heading to Barksdale but this is a new callsign for
me.  Must be a mission specific callsign.  Now the other pilot is
attempting to talk to the controller having radio problems.
