[MilCom] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] B-1B declares Emergency; landing at Patrick AFB

B-1B "Thunder 01" in comms with Patrick Twr on 269.375.  Says he is  
declaring an Emergency; has two hours fuel aboard; will burn off some fuel  before 
landing.
