There was a program at Northrop Grumman which was to replace the JSTARS E-8
with a new plane. It was to be based on a Boeing 767. The program was
cancelled and the Boeing 767 that Northrop was using for development is now
in Europe.

I am trying to recall the designation of the plane and any information
about its current ownership.
