[MilCom] Russian An-124 Lands at Shaw AFB

On 30 June, my RadarBox snagged Mode-S 15407E, a Volga Dnepr Group An-124
with registration RA-82046 as VDA1481.  I wasn't able to catch VDA1481 on
air traffic control frequencies so I didn't catch where it might have been
going.  It turns out it was going to Shaw AFB as a divert from Charleston
