[MilCom] Regina, Sask. Logs Feb 4-5, 2012

Logged the following over the weekend. 
  
 NIGHTMARE 31 (CF-18, 409 Sqn, 4 Wing Cold Lake) heard on 123.8, 1830 hrs local Sat Feb 4 (0030 UTC Feb 5) working Winnipeg Centre. Asked for latest weather for Cold Lake. Obviously heading back to Cold Lake. 
  
 NIGHTMARE 11 (CF-18, 409 Sqn, 4 Wing Cold Lake) heard through the Winnipeg Centre simulcast on 123.8, 2130 hrs UTC Sun Feb 5, 2012. I think he was actually on 132.25 in the Yorkton area. He was handed off to 133.9, which is Winnipeg Centre's remote transmitter at Prince Albert. Ater handoff I didn't hear anything else. Very likely he was also heading back to Cold Lake. I hope he got back before the Super Bowl started. :-)
  
 I have no idea where either of the above flights originated. 
  
 Things were also busy over at Moose Jaw as 15 wing Moose Jaw opened for a couple of hours anyway Sunday afternoon, Feb 5, 2012 to recover some aircraft. Heard BANDIT (CT-155 Harvard trainer) and DRAGON (CT-156 Hawk trainer) flights, plus a couple others where I missed the callsigns. Not sure where everyone was coming from, but I'm guessing they're coming back from somewhere in the U.S. I wasn't around the radios but I assume everyone landed before the big game started. :-)
