[MilCom] Russians language on 245.8 MHz

I'm hearing it here(245.800nfm) on the coast of NC just North of Wilmington.
Some noise but readable.

I have them medium strength in Btown. Some white noise. This is a known
Skynet 5C UHF milsat d/l. Definitely a satellite d/l.
