[MilCom] Fwd: [HFmonitors] "Derby 81" on 13927, 7633.5 kHz

13927 kHz USB 1828z: USAF MARS Operator "AFA5QW" (Greenwood IN), then  
"AFA9PF" (Calif) wkg "Derby 81" (C-130H, KY-ANG, Louisville KY), over  Nebraska, 
for phone patch; they QSY to freq 7633.5 kHz; neither operator  can hear 
the aircraft on either freq, although he is wall-to-wall into my qth.
