11232 kHz USB 1610z: Trenton Military wkg "Rescue 340" for phone patch with 
 RCC (Rescue Coordination Ctr); reports on scene now, making message drop 
to  the vessel; will remain on scene for 45 min; says vessel is reachable  by 
sea; two persons are aboard the vessel; message drop was successful; 
persons  aboard vessel now have radio. (27/Oct/2011) (ALS)
