[MilCom] Quest 42 & Beeliner 09 on 256.65

Yesterday about 8:30 PDST Quest 42 calling Beeliner 09 on "AR primary". 
  Units talking about their meet time, 09 saying he was 20 mikes late 
and he had a Extender with him, but they were not going to take fuel. 
09 at 255, Extender at 250, they would come up to 260 before the IP and 
were 240, 10 miles form the IP.
