[MilCom] CAP 424 & 480, 148.15 Mhz FM

All day long yesterday I had CAP 424 & in the afternoon CAP 480 tracking 
a 121.5 ELT. They were controlled by Oakland or Oakley base.
480 at about 4:45 PM PDST said he lost the signal, his last two bearing 
to the signal were: lat / long & bearings to the signal were 39 23 73 
(N) x 121 19 12 (W) at 270º and 39 10 37 (N) x 121 07 67 (W) at xx0º.

Got out of the car right after that, so no more info until this morning.

This morning on KTVU Channel 2 Fox they reported  78 year old Budge 
Brown was the pilot taking off form South Lake Tahoe, NV to Tracy, Ca 
has been missing since Wed.  He has made this trip 100's of times.

One 480 report, he was over an airport & the runway was covered in snow, 
control told him to try to contact the airport on 123.1.

Budge Brown owns Cleavage Creek Wine and donates lost of money to breast 
cancer.
